Stockiie’s Ashford site was initiated to warehouse & distribute the brand My Babiie. By having items both large and small in the My Babiie range we have been able to test all sorts of “pickable locations”. The system & warehouse operates fantastically, despite going under significant stress testing from one of the UK’s largest baby gear brands.
Our systems engineers worked with all the UK’s major retailers to link in and run daily stockfeeds, receive orders and create pick-runs at multiple points throughout the day to allow for speedy delivery.
Stockiie also provide a returns area for My Babiie where we handle all product returns, provide spare parts, re-work and fix product issues and arrange product collections from customers.

It is quite a challenge to manage the fulfilment operation of our brand, My Babiie. With multiple retailers throughout the UK all with different systems to integrate into, our own eCommerce website, Amazon FBA and stores over in Ireland but Stockiie truly manage the whole process like a dream. We also use their on-site returns facility to receive back our customer and retailer returns and they make an excellent job of reviewing product, fixing if necessary and putting back into stock if they can. Their pick and pack rate is excellent and the team there are very approachable and facilitating.
