1. Goods in

After a consultation with you, Stockiie will create an account for you in our order fulfilment software and carry out the necessary works to integrate to your eCommerce store or set your products up on our system (depending on how your business operates). We will then help arrange to get your products sent to our fulfilment centre. We receive your stock and check it carefully. If required, we can add barcodes and any labelling to your goods. Your products are then carefully put away, either on pallets or in pick bins, depending on their size and your pick requirements.

2. Warehousing and Storage

Your stock is put away and logged on the system, either on pallets or in pick bins, depending on size. We have different areas dedicated in our warehouse for different types of goods and dependant on if they are fast moving lines or not. We have plenty of space for deep storage and archiving for if you would like to use our warehouse facility for archiving documents. Because your good are tracked into our warehouse on our system we can easily locate batches for if you need to locate specifically batched products.

3. Pick and Pack

When orders come through to us our 3PL system generates pick sheets that our staff use along with handheld digital scanners. By using product scanners we are able to eliminate any pick errors, ensuring your customers always receive the correct product. We work with a number of courier partners, including DPD and Royal Mail. Our logistics team also work with pallet networks to arrange timely pallet deliveries for larger orders out to larger retailers. The large volume of orders we ship daily allows us to get preferential rates with the delivery companies, allowing us to pass great value onto out customers.

4. Shipping

Stockiie works within a global delivery network and are well placed to have your goods shipped to wherever they may need to go. Working with a network of couriers allows us to find you the best shipping rates to get your products out on time and delivered at speed. We are already working with most of the major retailers in the UK and so we are well versed in how each individual retailer accepts inbound stock.

5. Returns management

Stockiie has a dedicated ‘Returns’ area so we are able to accept back product returns from your customers, review them and re-work them if necessary. Our fully equiped workroom has all the tools needed and plenty of allocated storage space for spare parts means we are able to quickly and efficiently resolve your customer issues and we will follow your guidelines on what can go back on sale. We work with local recycling centres and recycle as much of the returns waste as we can.
